I planned and led the team's most ambitious project of 2025: a multi-brand European shoot that replaced seven separate productions with one through strategic planning during preproduction, saving an estimated $678K by casting talent in multiple roles, utilizing single locations for different businesses, and meticulous resourcing. In prepro, I built the shot lists, cast local talent, and met with business partners to shape the content around each brand's needs and each market's audience for Spain, Italy, France, and the UK. I traveled to Barcelona, Paris, and London to work with our trusted production partner, Bruton Stroube Studios, from tech and location scouting to art directing the shoot for each of these brands on set. In post-production, I spearheaded choosing final selects, footage, and retouching.

Amazon Hub Delivery

A program where local businesses partner with Amazon to deliver packages to customers in their community.

Spain posed an extra challenge between navigating Amazon branding with European co-employment laws and creatively avoiding any display of the Catalan language so the content could be used for the rest of the country.

Pickup and Returns Points

PARP lets customers pick up packages and send back returns at self-service lockers and partner locations near where they're already going.

As the shoot lead, I participated in the ideation process and all aspects of production. Though PARP wasn't in my initial purview, I took it upon myself to learn as much as I could about the brand for the shoot. Casting was especially critical as our video actors also took on roles in still photography, including for other brands like Shipping. Details came to life with my input — wardrobe, prop styling, and set design — as well as tiny moments of magic like the intern looking at the camera at the end. Plus, I made my debut as a hand model (check out the orange nails in "The Intern").

Amazon Shipping

Lets businesses of any size send parcels to their customers using Amazon's delivery network.

We were tasked with capturing the Amazon Shipping journey for small, medium, and enterprise level businesses across Spain, Italy, France, and the UK. Due to resource constraints, the same content is used for both Spain and Italy and required careful consideration to detail and authenticity. I designed all the tapes for the boxes, using inspiration from the businesses shown: a leather goods shop (small), a fabric/clothing wholesale business (enterprise), a wine delivery service (displaying ID check), and an art supply store (medium).

Process

I developed this pre-production deck to handle the complexities of multi-brand shoots. It's optimized for highlighting how resources are shared across businesses, and provides varying levels of detail to help the user get what they need—whether they're a marketer verifying nuances across products, a CD assessing storytelling, or a leader needing a high-level overview.

Almost all the box tape designs for Shipping were created by me to allude to different types of businesses or scenarios.
